A useful fitness progress tracker should show more than body weight. Overview

Progress is easier to recognize when you measure the qualities your workout plan is designed to improve. A strength training program may aim to increase resistance or repetitions. A mobility routine may aim to improve range of motion and control. A fat loss workout may be supported by changes in waist measurement, body weight trends, fitness, and adherence. One number rarely captures all of that.

Use your tracker to record five categories:
